Fenugreek Seeds, Red Chillies, Pomegranate Seeds, Coriander, Salt, Dry Mango, Dried Indian Gooseberry, Black Salt, Bay Leaves, Kachari, Fenugreek Leaves, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Carom Seeds, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Mace, Nutmeg, Spices & Condiments.

Recipe / How to Use (Sambar)

Boil Dal: Take 200g arhar dal, soak in 1200ml water, and pressure cook till soft. Soak 40g tamarind in 1 cup water.

Prepare Base: Heat 4 tsp ghee/refined oil in a pan. Add 2 tsp mustard seeds and curry leaves. Sauté with 4 tomatoes & 2 green chillies till soft.

Add Vegetables: Mix in 300g chopped seasonal vegetables (like drumstick, brinjal, carrots, beans, or okra). Add 20g Spicify Sambar Masala and salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes.

Combine Dal: Add the boiled dal along with tamarind water. Simmer on low flame until vegetables are cooked well.

Serve: Enjoy hot with idli, dosa, vada, upma, or steamed rice.
