Recipe for Pav Bhaji

• Boil 150g potatoes and 200g other vegetables like carrot, cauliflower, peas, pumpkin etc., on low flame till 2 whistles.
• Mash boiled vegetables & potatoes, add 2 tbsp butter in a kadhai and fry chopped tomatoes, green chillies & ginger.
• Add 20g Spicify Pav Bhaji Masala & salt according to taste, cook for 1 min. Now add 1-2 cups of water & mashed vegetables, cook for 2 mins.
• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot with Pav. Enjoy Spicify Pav Bhaji.
