Ingredients
Salt, Fenugreek Seeds, Red Chillies, Pomegranate Seeds, Coriander, Dry Mango, Dried Indian Gooseberry, Black Salt, Bay Leaves, Kachri, Fenugreek Leaves, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Carom Seeds, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Mace, Nutmeg, Spices & Condiments.

Recipe / How to Use (Dal Tadka)

Soak & Boil Dal: Soak 300g mix dal in 1.5L water for 2 hours. Pressure cook till 4 whistles.

Prepare Tadka: Heat oil in a pan, add 4 tomatoes, green chillies & ginger, and cook for a while. Add 20g Spicify Dal Tadka Masala and salt to taste. Cook on low flame for a few minutes.

Combine & Simmer: Add the boiled dal (along with water) to this mixture. Cook for 5–6 minutes on low flame.

Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy with rice, roti, or paratha.
