Recipe for Dal Makhani:

  1. Soak 150g Urad Dal & 50g Rajma in 8 cup water overnight. Boil soaked urad dal & rajma in a pressure cooker till 6 whistles.
  2. Make a paste of 15g ginger, 300g tomatoes & green chillies. Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan & cook this paste till the oil separates. 
  3. Now add 20g Spicify Dal Makhani Masala & salt according to your taste. Cook this paste for 2 min on low flame.
  4. Add 2 tbsp butter & boiled dal & rajma (along with water) in the paste & cook for 10 min. Garnish with chopped coriander & enjoy delicious Spicify Dal Makhani with rice & naan.
