Recipe for Chole

• Soak 250g Kabuli chole in 1L water for 5-6 hrs. Add a pinch of meetha soda in soaked chole and boil till 5 whistles.
• Make a paste of 4 tomatoes, 2 green chillies & 20g ginger. Add 2 tbsp refined oil in a kadhai and cook till oil separates from the paste.
• Add 20g Spicify Chole Masala and salt according to taste, cook for 1 min on low flame.
• Add boiled chole along with the water in the paste & cook on low flame for 5 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy Spicify Chole.
