Recipe for Aloo Sabzi

1. Boil 1kg potatoes in a pressure cooker & peel them.
2. Heat 3tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 chopped green chillies & 20g ginger. Cook for a while, add 300g tomatoes & cook for 10 mins.
3. Now add 20g Spicify Aloo Sabzi Masala & salt according to taste. Now cook it for a minute.
4. Semi mash boiled potatoes & mix in the prepared mixture. Now add 5 cups of water & cook on low flame for 5 to 7 mins.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy delicious Spicify Aloo Sabzi with Kachori &  Bedmi Puri.
